Can customers approve estimates from their phone?
Yes. You send a branded link; the customer reviews the estimate and photos and taps Approve. The approval is recorded with their name, the time, and the amount — and if you add work later, they're asked to authorize the new total.
Does it work without a VIN?
Yes — that's the whole point. Most small engines have no VIN, so equipment is identified by category, brand, model and serial number. For powersports that do have a VIN, there's an optional VIN field with decode. You never need a VIN to write up a job.
